Hiring for leadership, not just experience

The best leaders are rarely the loudest line on a résumé. Here is how we assess judgement, temperament and the ability to build teams.

When a mandate is at the leadership level, years of experience is table stakes, every serious candidate has it. What separates a good hire from a transformative one is judgement under ambiguity, the ability to attract and retain talent, and the temperament to hold a room in a crisis.

Our assessment process is built to surface exactly these traits. We use structured, evidence-based interviews that probe for real decisions the candidate has made, not hypotheticals, and we reference deeply, speaking to people who have worked above, below and alongside them.

The result is a recommendation you can trust: not just "can this person do the job", but "will this person raise the ceiling for everyone around them".
